The warmth of our restaurant comes from its decoration and the aromas that emanate from its cuisine. We offer typical dishes of the region in the buffet breakfast.
The lunch and dinner service is à la carte, where our chef puts his stamp on the delicious dishes of the region with organic ingredients as well as contemporary Mexican haute cuisine and international specialties.
In our bar an extensive menu of cocktails based on tequila, wines, spirits, spirits and beers from all over the world is served.

Mexico’s authentic flavors
In addition to the regional cuisine of Jalisco, at La Antigua Casona we take a trip through representative regions of Mexico, with dishes such as Cochinita Pibil Tacos we move to Yucatán to share our interpretation of this typical dish. While on the Pacific coast, we have Zarandeado Shrimp, interpreted with a touch of tequila, offering the best of both worlds.
Products from our land
In our kitchen, we have made the commitment to use ingredients from our region and characteristic regions of Mexico. The Agave plays an important role in our recipes, as well as the Adobera cheese and requesón, all originating from Jalisco. Furthermore, we could not leave behind the rich state of Oaxaca, which with its ceremonial moles, completes the obligatory culinary trip.
